I made my way down from Huntsville Alabama to Pensacola, where the weather turned cold, really cold with nights getting down to 20 degrees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the permission of the owner, I parked my camper behind Scuba Diving Shop called Dive Pros Pensacola. It was fun to talk diving which as many of you know I have been teaching for nearly 20 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monday morning I met with Robbie from Fly High Paramotors with his student on a windy and ice cold Pensacola Beach. From there I met with Danny Dewitt with iFly PPG and who also owns a great donut shop called Maynard’s Donut Co.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Given the weather wasn’t co-operating I decided to do some site seeing. Sadly I couldn\u2019t get to see the home of the Blue Angels today the Nation Naval Aviation Museum because the base remained off-limits to civilians due to the incident a couple of weeks ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tuesday morning I snuck back to go see the “USS Alabama” in Mobile, AL. They also have a nice Naval Aviation Museum and access to a Submarine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wednesday, the weather cleared and while chilly provided some picturesque seashore flying on some of the whitest sands you can find on a beach. I flew these two great gliders, Ozone Sirocco 19M & Spyder 22M, and kited the Apco Hybrid 25M Single Skin glider where I couldn\u2019t stop giggling with how easy it was to kite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
